Our purpose is to provide supported living and specialist mental health support for vulnerable individuals with a range of needs.
Supported Hub was born from care, experience, and purpose.Following the loss of her husband during the Covid-19 crisis, Monica Omolafe reflected on nearly 50 years of nursing and a lifetime spent supporting patients from admission through to recovery and discharge. Working alongside her sons, Felix and Berne, and with Kal’s research-led approach — informed by medical doctor input, NHS mental health service design, and system-level outcomes — this experience shaped Keytonetics™, a three-stage holistic care methodology.Today, Supported Hub provides industry-leading supported living services delivered through the Keytonetics™ methodology. By putting the “W” back into holistic, we focus on whole-person centred care — supporting physical health, emotional wellbeing, and long-term independence in safe, structured living environments.
Supported Hub Limited provides supported living and specialist mental health support for vulnerable individuals with a range of needs.
• Young people aged 16+, supported under enhanced safeguarding arrangements
• Adults with enduring and complex mental health conditionsOur services are delivered within supported living settings, where individuals live in their own accommodation and receive tailored support to build independence.
We create therapeutic, inclusive, and structured environments that promote:
• Independence and life skills
• Dignity and respect
• Emotional safety and stability
• Long-term wellbeing and positive outcomesSupport at Supported Hub is designed to empower, not restrict, enabling individuals to progress at their own pace.

At Supportd Hub we developed a new care methodology called Keytonetics™.
It is a three-stage holistic care methodology that integrates physical health, emotional regulation, and independence-building into a single, measurable framework.
Physical Stabilisation & Biological Safety
Many behavioural and emotional crises stem from unmet physical needs.
Physical health stability is a prerequisite for meeting NHS, CQC, and Ofsted outcome measures.
Core Focus
• In-house specialist embedded into the care setting
• Nutrition treated as clinical infrastructure, not lifestyle support

Emotional Safety & Nervous System Regulation
People regulate through relationships and predictability, not control.
Regulation reduces incidents and service-heavy dependency.
Core Focus
• Nurse-informed emotional regulation
• Trauma-aware daily living
• Relational consistency
Independence, Identity & Life Readiness
Care that doesn’t prepare people for life creates dependency.
ICB and NHSE frameworks reward services that demonstrate progression and step-down (Satellite Support).
Core Focus
• Strength-based growth
• Life skills and identity rebuilding
• Planned independence from day one

"You cannot regulate the mind without first stabilising the body.
You cannot build independence without safety.
You cannot evidence care without outcomes."Keytonetics™ is intentionally:
• W+Holistic, not fragmented
• Preventative, not reactive
• Measurable, not abstractKeytonetics™ — Care That Starts With the Whole Person.

Supported Hub Limited operates in line with recognised adult and children’s safeguarding frameworks, including those set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted. Our safeguarding arrangements are proportionate, robust, and responsive to the needs of the individuals we support.Where we support young people aged 16–17, we apply enhanced safeguarding measures in line with children’s safeguarding expectations. This includes the appointment of a Designated Safeguarding Lead, clear and accessible safeguarding and child-protection procedures, and effective partnership working with Local Authorities and relevant professionals.Supported Hub provides supported living services and does not operate as a Children’s Home. Where an individual’s needs increase beyond supported living thresholds or require a higher level of statutory intervention, concerns are promptly escalated to the placing authority to ensure the individual receives appropriate and lawful support.
